Gluten-Free Black Bean Brownies

Oral Girls Aldershot

Instead of regular brownies, these gluten-free black bean brownies are a better choice for you. Because they have black beans, they are moist and fudgy. Plus, they dont have gluten, so people with dietary restrictions can eat them.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can 15 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease an 8x8 inch 20x20 cm baking pan

In a food processor or blender, combine the black beans, eggs, cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt

Blend until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are well combined

Fold in the gluten-free chocolate chips and chopped nuts if using into the brownie batter

Pour the brownie batter into the greased baking pan and spread it evenly

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before cutting them into squares

Serve and enjoy your delicious gluten-free black bean brownies
